## Description

**Your responsibilities include:**

-  Management of project:

Management of project progress, ensuring that deadlines are met,

Coordination of staff, review, optimization of processes and the overall approach where necessary,

Collect, harmonize, consolidate and check data (financial, general information..) from different sources,  

Lead project planning sessions, oversee/draft outgoing project documentation (monthly update process).

-  Integrate acquisitions into the monthly Sales’ reporting process: 

Liaise and work efficiently with departments in different countries (group Sales’ Administration, group Accounting, Finance team of the entity to be integrated, etc..),

Collect and understand the financial data, Standardize and check the collected data Clarify and structure this data to create a clean integration report,

_**Education:**_

Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting and/or management control.

in a similar position or with similar requirements,

in a multinational environment with group policy, reporting, deadlines, frequent communication, with an intensive use of Excel, and an ERP software, ideally Exact,

Fluent in English (written and oral),

You like both to improve processes and to take care of recurring tasks.
