## Description

Designation – Associate/Sr. Associate 

  * SAP Functional Lead

  * At least 1 years of functional configuration experience in the respective area of expertise

  * The resource should be BE/ B.Tech / MCA

  * The resources should be certified in the respective ERP module

  *  Have implemented at least 1 ERP projects having expertise in FI CO modules

  *  Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identity, interpret validate and document customer requirements

  * Lead, coach and advise project staff in addition to managing their performance (depending on the project)

  * Give clients options for designs using prototypes

  * Set up and test the SAP system; understand and apply SAP methodologies

  * Work with clients and stakeholders to make sure they get where they want to go

  * Ability to work independently, self-motivation, strong written communication skills, be a team player and have cross-cultural literacy

MUST HAVE:

  * Good written and Oral Communication skills

  * A good team player who can lead & motivate the team 

  * 2 to 5  years of hands on experience in functional consulting 

  * Strong Knowledge on the FI CO business processes 

NICE TO HAVE:

  * Knowledge of Solution Manager 

  * Knowledge on one of the below technologies:

    * Fiori

    * SAP HANA
