Think tank Business Solutions is looking for an outstanding “Web Designer Integrator / UI Designer” who is passionate about the user-centered design philosophy and cares about web design details. 

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Integrator WEB tasks:

-Implementation of Web user interface and interaction elements based on screen designs, wireframes, flowcharts, and other documentation.

-Integration of graphical creations to HTML / CSS (HTML5, CSS3).

-Best writing of code, and proposal for continuous improvement of code quality.

2. Web/Graphic Designer tasks:

-Creation and proposition of clear and professional graphic/screen design with user experience indeed.

-Communicating design ideas using wireframing/prototyping tools (In Vision, Adobe XD,).

-Conceptualizing original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.

-Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices& Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.

3. Community manager tasks:

-Designing visual imagery for websites and ensuring that they are in line with branding for clients.

-Design and integration of our digital communication media (advertising and institutional): Social Media content, landing pages, e-mailings, newsletters, videos...

Education:

-License Degree / Master Degree / Engineering diploma in a relevant field.

Qualifications: (skills):

**Technical skills

-Proficiency in WordPress/ PHP, familiarity with the standard CMS tools.

-Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such HTML / CSS and standard framework as bootstrap, angular material, clarity, and material design.

-Excellent expertise in Photoshop/Illustrator/AdobeXD for graphical proposal creation.

-Building reusable code for future use.

-Optimizing web pages for maximum speed and scalability.

-Proficiency in SEO principles.

-Expertise in Responsive Design.

**Soft skills:

-Excellent communication skills: Ability to express ideas clearly and work in a team environment both internally and with clients.

-Good documentation with English Language.

-Teamwork & Autonomy: Capacity to work independently as well as within a team.

-Capacity of working on multiple projects of varying styles.

-Working with different content management systems.

-Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines.

- Creativity and a strong web design sensibility are essential.

-Willing to learn new techniques (adaptable and open to new ideas).
