Post: Accountant
Contract length: CDI
Qualification: Master CCA, management, finance or equivalent
1-2 years’ experience in a similar role or in accounting firm.
Fresh graduates for (CIVP or Karama contract) with a good level of English encouraged to apply.
Role purpose: To prepare and record all types of financial transactions according to Tunisian GAAP
and donor regulations (US GAAP using ORACLE ERP)
Key Areas of accountability:
- Documentation before payment (RS/ bank transfer/ PO)
- Prepare entries in ORACLE
- General Bookkeeping
- Prepare and assist in monthly reporting
- Preparing accrual prepayment, prepayment records, depreciation journal…
- Prepare a bank reconciliation
Experience & skills:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Able to work within a team
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- English literacy is a must
