## Description

_Thermoplastics Tunisia is a Maltese owned Company based in Malta and Tunisia(Zaghouan) that has expanded rapidly since its formation in 1996._  

_We are in search for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our dynamic team for the position of Logistics Manager being part of the senior management team.

_**Job responsibilities  **  
_

-Liaise with shipping agencies and customs regarding export / import documentation.  

-Maintain excellent and strong relationship with all customers and gov. entities related.  

-Monitor and supervise directly all loadings/unloadings of trailers/containers.

-Prepare and submit status and performance reports, update stocks and keep all data organized.

-Monitor and supervise the performance and procedures of ERP and ISO system.

-Lead and coordinate the logistics team towards great efficiency.

-Liaise with Production and Planning departments to make sure that customer requirements are delivered on time.

_****Key skills and requirements**  
**_

-A minimum of 5 years experience working within a similar role  

-Advanced University degree is a requirement, engineering degree will be a great asset.  

-Proficiency in English language both written and verbal is essential ( All communication channels both internal and external are done in English language )

-Proven experience working within production and logistics is essential

-Strong knowledge about MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook ) 

-Excellent communication skills and team player.

-Strong organizational and problem solving skills, sharpness and an eye for detail

-Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines to meet targets and objectives
