Dans l’objectif d’améliorer notre approche de recrutement et de mieux encadrernos collaborateurs dans leurs parcours professionnels,nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) stagiaire en psychologie souhaitant effectuer un PFE au sein de notre entreprise et intégrer notre unité développement capital humain et ce et en collaboration avec le cabinet de formation NLP BOOST
Objectif du projet :
- Développer des tests psychotechniques de personnalité, motivations et compétences, d’habilité intellectuelles, d’aptitudes et d’intérêt personnels et professionnels
- Création et réalisation des enquêtes de profilage, le degré de satisfaction de employés de l’entreprise.
- Détermination de profil type pour les postes d’expertise et de management
- Mise à jour des fiches fonctions
- Participation à la création des questionnaires de profilage pour chaque poste.
