We are recruiting Customer Service Associates

Mission:

In incoming calls and emails, you’ll act as an ambassador for Eureka24 services.

You’ll assist our customers throughout their experience by providing advice and answers to their requests. 

Responsibilities:

● Guarantee a high level of customer satisfaction

● Evaluate the needs of our customers

● Improve the customer service experience, create engaged customers

● Support customer issues and track issues to resolution

Profiles Wanted:

● Perfect oral fluency with the English and French languages

● Proven experience in remote customer relations

● Knowledge of the fundamentals of customer service and distance selling

● Working knowledge of customer mindset and market dynamics

We offer you:

● Full-time permanent contract upon hiring

● Regime of 40H / Week from monday to friday

● 20 Days of Annual Paid Leave

● Free home transport by taxi from 7 p.m.

● A gross base salary of 5 TND / hour

     + An attendance bonus of 110 TND / month

       + A transport premium of 110 TND / month

          + A language bonus of 250 TND / month
