Manpower recruits technical supports for a multinational in the IT sector. You will exercise the functions of representative of technical solutions. You work with key accounts / IT technicians and partner agents and assist them in the diagnosis and resolution of problems related to the company's product or associated applications. You solve moderate technical problems (hardware and software) of incoming customer contacts and proactive notification systems and answer questions regarding service, products, techniques and customer relations on topics such as specifications, specifications and product repairs.
You have a knack for problem solving. Experience in customer relations, remotely, You have an excellent command of the English language.
