HR House International is recruiting for one of her client an international Customer Care Management Company :
Business Manager (H/F)
- Determine contact center operational strategies by conducting needs assessments, performance reviews, capacity planning, and cost/benefit analyses.
- Provide inspired leadership for the organization and support worker communication with the management team
- Contribute information and analysis to organizational strategic plans and reviews.
- Prepare performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends
- Identify and address problems and explore opportunities for the center.
- You have a degree in Management or equivalent diploma
- You have working experience in the area, preferably coming from international business contexts
- You are fluent in English language (written and spoken)
