## Description

HR House International is recruiting for one of her client an international Customer Care Management Company:

**Team Leader Multilanguage (H/F)**

**Missions** :

-  Preside the hall and assist the operators

-  Manage operational briefings and updates on the specific campaign

-  Provide initial training and updating on products, services and applications

-  Suggest changes to be applied to the operational processes and for the development of the necessary supports

-  Verify the knowledge acquired by individual operators

**Profile:**

-  You have a degree in IT engineering or equivalent

-  You have good knowledge and use of the main MS Office applications (word, excel) and e-mail 

-  You are fluent in French and English language (written and spoken)

**Skills :**

-  Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills

-  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-  Good organizational and time management skills
