Kamioun is a B2B marketplace that connects FMCG manufacturers and small grocery shops in the Maghreb region. Kamioun partners directly with local and multinational FMCG companies to source products and allow shops to order goods simply for free delivery within 24 hours.

What you will do

We’re seeking an energetic and multi-talented officer with is hungry to learn about a range of topics, and help us streamline the different stakeholders experience in Kamioun

  • Stakeholders experience:
    • Follow up on and resolving issues encountered by the different stakeholders with our technological product and our processes
    • Ensure customer support and respond to all inbound communication (phone, email), track and provide actionable items for improvements
    • Escalate feedback, consolidate data for operational improvement and share with the founders
    • Help execute drivers onboarding process for new joiners and ensure they are following best practices related to our Ops excellence manifesto
  • Assist in the day-to-day operations:
    • Take ownership of the post-signing account management process with manufacturers
    • Send weekly sales report to FMCG manufacturers who sell through Kamioun
    • Ensure our catalog is up-to-date in the back-office (products, prices...)
    • Ensure timely replenishment for products on consignment
    • Assist the analyst with the order management and delivery planning process
    • Oversee the whole financial reconciliation process
  • Sales:
    • Setting up and managing Kamioun's upstream sales process on a CRM
    • Assist the founders with the sales meetings
    • Updating, cleaning and the prospection pipe
    • Designing, kicking off and running sales campaigns (downstream)

Who you are

  • A degree in Management, Business, Engineering or other equivalent degrees/experience
  • Meaningful experience in CS / CXP and/or Account management / Sales
  • More than one trick up your sleeve: you are polyvalent, you love doing things of very different natures
  • Absolutely mad at the level of inefficiencies across industries and public administrations in this country.
  • Highly analytical and a good level in Microsoft Excel
  • A backbone: you are willing to disagree with the founders and make your point
  • A fertile brain: You have many ideas and are ready to take them to fruition
  • Fluency in Arabic, English and French with great verbal communication
  • Clear yet concise online communication skills
  • You're a self-starter. You look up stuff on your own and find a way, but you know when to ask for help and raise a red flag
