An Industrial automotive company based in Jendouba is seeking to hire a Production Responsible (Production Group Leader)

Main Task:

·  Organize and supervise all production activities of the zone

·  Recognize all the production problems prematurely and put
in evidence crucial corrective action plan

Employment Requirement:

Missions:

Attached directly to the plant production manager, you will be in charge of the following:

·  Overseeing the production process

·  Analyze the Production needs and drawing up a production schedule

·  Ensure that products are produced on time and are of good quality

·  Analyze the problems and implement the corrective actions

·  Design and Implement new production KPI,s

·  Ensure the reporting of your activity

·  Give amelioration propositions in your activity sector

·  Set, realize and control the action plan of your zone

·  Decline the fixed goals in term of the production zones

·  Supervise, motivate, and evaluate your team

·  Ensure the safety of the team in the workplace

Profile Required:

·  Engineer, Master’s degree or license in a technical field

·  Experience of minimum 5 years as production responsible

·  Knowledge of quality systems, health and safety standard and compliance.

·  Strong computer skills.

·  Decision maker

·  Have excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
