Asset Management Development Team

Binit Nearshore Services (BinitNS) is a Consulting and Services corporation operating in the ITO and BPO areas. We advise  our European Customers for their IT projects: From Business Process Digitilization to Infrastructure evolutions and migrations to the Cloud. In advisory, our expertise extends to the operational business processes, the BPO.

We also help our clients on their teams nearshoring set-up in Tunisia as an extension to their european teams whether they create a local company when a critical size is possible or as a service provided by teams located within BinitNS.

 One of of our clients, an European Asset Management Company, is willing to build a new development team in Tunis, as an extension to the European set up. The team will work with the internal end users to understand their needs. It will then translate the business specifications in the technical architecture before developing, implementing and maintaining the applications. It will also develop unit tests to support production code using test driven techniques. By the time, the team will learn even more about the banking and the finance industry. If some experience exist in those areas, that would be an asset for the candidates.

The requested technical skills are a must-have on Python, SQL and PL SQL. Knowledge on Shell, Javascript and bootstrap would be an asset.

In this context, we are hiring a Team Leader, a Senior developer having managed or willing to manage a team, having at least 4 years of experience in software development, a Medior developer having had at least 2 years of experience. All of them must be engineers in term of education. The required business language is english in writing and speaking. French is a plus.
