City Manager - Ride Hailing

We are looking for a driven City Manager - Ride Hailing, who can lead and motivate our team to ensure the best quality service and grow Bolt further in Sousse.

What you’ll be doing

• Bring on onboard new clients

• Manage the Sales Team to ensure the highest quality service in Sousse

• Continuously improve the quality & speed of Bolt's customer support

• Navigate through regulatory matters and local policies within the transportation and tech industry

• Optimise local operational processes and procedures

• Figure out the logistics of how many drivers are needed where and when

• Establish partnerships with local fleet owners and other relevant entities

• Design and execute strategies to increase driver's engagement and loyalty while reducing churn rate

• Develop complex analytical models and reporting systems

• Lead the expansion through the rest of Sousse

• Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Marketing teams

• Work closely with General  Manager and HQ teams to resolve any operational or product issues

What You'll Need

• Have 4 or more years of experience in management and analytics

• Have excellent spoken and written French, Arabic and English skills

• Have a data-driven analytical mindset (great Excel skills are a must)

• Amazing negotiation and communication skills

• Team management experience 

• Be a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day

• Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems

• Have a Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance or other analytical subject 

• Be passionate about new technologies and ride-hailing

You’ll get extra credit for:

• Experience in sharing economy, tech business, transport industry, startup or dynamic high-growth company

• Experience in product launches or running a business
