Job Description: Warehouse supervisor

Summary of main purpose of this job:

Ensure goods reception and deliver the components to the production to fulfil the orders.

Prepare the shipments to the customers according to the planner instructions

Essential requirements of skills, experience, physical requirements etc.:

1) University level : education in electronics/industrial/ electrical/mechanical/engineering, supply chain management, logistics, or equivalent

2) Professional experience – minimum 3 years  in a similar position

3) Good written and spoken English

4) Very good organizational skills,

5) Flexible.

6) Driving license for the forklift.

7) Knowledge in PC (ERP,  SAP, Ms Office ) 

8) Good knowledge in customs clearance

9) Good Reactivity level

Main tasks, duties, authorization limits and deputy functions:

1- Ensure goods reception: check of quantities and quality of the packaging, compliance of documents

2- Ensure the transfer of components to the production to fulfil the orders

3- Ensure the shipment of the finished goods to the customers

4- End User  SAP: Fulfil all the SAP transactions (booking, transfers…) according to the H+S processes

5- Alert the planner in case of components availability problem

6- Assure a clean and 5S warehouse

7- Apply the GMS processes in the warehouse area.

8- Ensure a safe environment for work (storage rules, forklift use, safety shoes)
