IT Manager

Société Ciments Enfidha, part of Groupo Cimentos Portland Verridas is looking for a talented IT Manager to take in charge of IT Support and operations and to manage IT needs aligning as well country IT systemsand platforms with corporate requirements.
This position is located in Enfidha, Sousse ; And requiers high team management skills to keep the team focus on high delivery quality.   
The main missions of the role are :
·  Management of IT Services and Projects for the country
·  Management of IT Team
·  Coordination and participation in country projects
·  Propose improvement action plans and best practices for the correct evolution of the IT systems in the country
·  Elaboration and follow up of  country annual IT budget
·  Coordination of global contracts and management of local IT vendors
The ideal candidate should have :
Training:
·  Technical Engineering IT sciences or equivalent training
Technical Skills:
·  Certification in at least one SAP module, or equivalent experience
·  Knowledge and understanding of IT Infrastructure (servers, communications, storage, databases, backup, virtualization, etc.)
·  Knowledge and understanding of SAP implementations, security, audits
·  Project management office
·  Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office
Languages:
•  French: high level
•  English: high level
Professional experience:
·  5 years in a similar position
·  Valuable experience in international projects
