## Description

We hire a legal agent who can provide professional and legal advice related to our growing and evolving online business. 

**Your tasks:**

\- Provide legal advice and support on media law and online legal activities.

\- Manage cyber incidents from detection to recovery.

\- Present, develop, and deploy legal solutions recommendations to respond to incidents.

\- Anticipate (legal) risks resulting from online strategies and activities.

\- Advice on liaising with the media and relevant codes of conduct.

\- Ensure compliance of business transactions with relevant laws and regulations.

**Your assets:**

\- Bachelor's degree in Law/ Cyber Security or equivalent professional experience.

\- Written and oral communication skills

\- Knowledge of cybercrime law.

\- Knowledge of media law, including defamation, copyright, the principle of freedom of expression.

\- Knowledge of the code of ethics and compliance for journalists/media.

\- Proficiency in English

\- Must be able to maintain confidentiality on all legal matters.
