Cpl Jobs is recruiting for its partner multinational company specialized in electrical cabling and optical fiber located in Sousse.

Training Supervisor

Summary of main purpose of this job:

Ensure an effective training of the DP employees in order to quickly achieve operational excellent performances (Quality, efficiency and delivery)

Main tasks and duties:

In coordination with production managers, analyze the training needs of DP
Lead the training, assessment and development  of DP employees according H+S GMS process
Prepare effective technical training modules per process
Define the required employee profile of every process step
Support the production team in the Translation of the work instructions from English to French
Support the production managers in personnel development
In coordination with production and quality team ensure and maintain high lean standards in the training school.
Ensure the physical training of the DP employees on the production execution steps in the training school or if necessary in the production line
Assess the profile of every employee in order to ensure adequacy with the required profile in a given workstation
In coordination with production and quality team ensure good assignment of the DP to the right process step in order to ensure high quality and delivery performance
Refresh training of  the low performers
Accompany and coach the trained employees in their ramp-up
Update skill matrix of DP
Communicate the achieved results after training to the management team

Essential requirements of skills, experience:

  • University degree: Technician or Engineer in electricity, electronics, HR management or equivalent
  • Professional experience - at least 4 years in production or in a similar position
  • Able de define an effective training plan of the DP
  • Fast learner in production processes
  • Creative person
  • Good teaching skills
  • Computer skills: MS Office, SAP is an advantage
  • Language skills: Good written and spoken English
  • Good knowledge of continuous improvement tools
  • Good organizational skills
  • Very good communication skills
  • Credible
  • Flexible
