Team Lead QA/Automation

CED Tunisia is a subsidiary of CED Group. It consists of an IT Dev center and an Operations team to support our various European offices and drive operational excellence.

Today we are   30 software developers. We build our solutions mainly in the most recent Microsoft C#.Net SQL Server databases and Azure Cloud Technology with an architecture of several internally built front office applications, a mostly internally built middle office applications, and a buy back office layer.

Being a QA Lead At CED Tunisia Includes:

Having overall responsibility for the quality of all testing in our IT DEV center .
Being a people lead for our IT QA Engineers.
Managing the execution of quality assurance and testing and associated processes, together with your team.
Planning the top-level test strategy for multiple development teams or integration projects.

Requirements:

-You have at least 3 years of experience in Test Automation, 4 years of expeience in test coordination and execution and you have more than 6 years of experience in testing. A plus: Experience in tfinancial services or public sector; Experience with Agile environments.
