Supply Chain Project Leader

 Challenges:

- Maintains permanent communication with the plants and with the central Supply Chain

- Collects Best Practices from the plants

- Participates to the Benchmarking of Supply

 - Supports the definition of standards for Supply Chain, based on the benchmarks, making sure that the best service to the customer (internal and external customers) is considered with the lowest cost level (logistic, inventory, physical flow)

 - Supports the definition and maintenance of the Work Instructions on Supply Chain processes

- Supports the definition and maintenance of the KPIs to measure the Supply Chain activities Analysis and

Reports

- Supports the definition of an efficient auditing system of the standard Supply Chain processes

- Audits the plants on the standard Supply Chain processes

- Performs gap analysis on Supply Chain processes

- Identifies performance deviations based on the KPIs and develops action plans for corrections

- Creates different stock analysis on plant / regional level training and Support

- Supports the definition and maintenance of the Training Materials on standards, tools, methods

- Executes the trainings for the plants to ensure the right understanding of standards, tools and methods

- Maintains training records

- Supports the implementation of the standard processes in the plants

- Offers technical support to the plant on the standard processes

- Ensures the technical support for the good functionality of the standard IT tools

- Supports the organization in critical situations ' Task Force, troubleshooting new ERP (Supply Chain domains)

- Participates to the newFORS requirements definition and validation

- Participates to the run & rate / validation of newFORS solutions

- Supports the deployment of newFORS modules throughout the sites
