You have the ability to plan, prioritize and manage execution with a high level of reactivity & autonomy. You are familiar with **end-to-end delivery motions** & associated processes, and expertise in Services, Customer Support or similar operations environment, and associated systems. You have an excellent verbal and written **communication skills** , including negotiation and influencing skills up to and including Director level.

You have an experience working on **IT systems** \- SNOW, MS Dynamics, SAP, Salesforce, RPA Solutions, and similar. You have an excellent **facilitation skills**  and perfect fluency in English, **rigorous, analytical, structured, organized.  **
