#### Job Description  

  * Ensure quality delivery of our service contracts
  * Responsible and accountable for the quality and timely delivery of development deliverables
  * Provide customer communication regarding deliverables and lead Cross Functional, Stakeholders and Status meetings
  * Create scalable architecture with a focus on future needs
  * Lead and coach your development team

**Job requirement**

  * Engineering Degree – Computer Science preferred.
  * More than 4 years of relevant experience with the following skills: Proven experience in design and development
  * Technical knowledge and hands on experience with Java/JEE, Spring, Hibernate, Jsp.
  * Experience in using Agile Methodology
  * Able to delivery services using a product development SDLC
  * Strong Knowledge of Agile development principles
  * Skills in organization, communications, problem-solving and people skills
  * Positive outlook, strong work ethic, and responsive to clients and contacts
