Description de l'annonce:

The ideal candidate:

We challenge you to join our recruitment department at our VEO Sousse office, defined by dynamism and diversity, where the level of involvement of each of us makes the difference.

You will manage diverse recruitment processes for different areas of activity, so we want someone who has:

- Very good knowledge of French language (B2-C1);

- Good level of English language (minimum B1-B2)

- Experience in the recruitment area (minimum 2-3 years of experience recruiting different profiles and the recruitment experience in BPO environment can be an advantage);

- A communicative, creative, competitive and persevering person;

- Good knowledge of the work/labor market;

- Availability for international recruitment training in Romania (for about 3 weeks – 1 month)

- Customer-oriented and results-oriented;

- Motivated by continuous professional development;

 

Responsabilities :

 

- Creating original and attractive recruitment ads and posting them;

- Contacting and selecting the candidates by phone, face to face or skype interviews in order to validate the suitable candidates;

- Participating at the job fairs and participating at the recruitment events organized by the company;

- Submitting a short-list of candidates to the hiring managers;

- Maintaining and developing collaboration with our international customer;

- Developing a quality relationship with all recruited candidates and follow-up the process of integration in the company;

- Administration and development of the candidates database.
