Overview of Role:

As part of theUpsellingteam you will be required to work with our Dutch speaking customers. We are looking for people like us; hardworking, motivated, driven and of course fun! The Up-selling Agent is responsible for generating sales from existing customer orders. You will be assessed by the revenue generated from selling activities, number of orders entered and quality and accuracy of each order entry.Upsellagents also work on outbound call campaigns to increase & generate revenue from existing & prospect customers who have ordered with National pen Ltd in the past.

What you will do:

  • Warm calling and telephone sales of National Pen’s products from existing mail orders received
  • Grow business by establishing and maintaining deep relationships with customers
  • Act as a keep point of contact 
  • Entering & verify orders accurately on database
  • Using consultative sales approachupselladditional National Pen products increasing their order quantity
  • Working on projects to increase National Pens revenue from outbound call campaigns
  • Reach weekly sales targets
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and processes
  • Any other duties/projects as directed by Senior Management


What we need from you:

  • Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales +1year
  • Passionate about deserving customer service and customer expectation
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Have the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
  • An energetic, self-starter who excels in interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills, Excellent PC skills essential ,Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented, Be a team player
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Fluent in Dutch
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus
