• Delivers internal trainings on specific topics (e.g. induction trainings, etc.).
• Monitors and evaluates training efficiency.
• Supports update of the local Training catalogue.
• Manages cooperation with external trainers.
• Monitors and supports employees' qualification process.
• Elaborates training methods and content of internal trainings.
• Monitors specific KPIs.
• Provides specific reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Level of education : University Degree
• Studies : scientific speciality
• Work experience : 3 years
• Leadership experience : 2 years
• IT : MS office
• Languages : French and English
• Key qualifications (professional competence) : Training Knowledge.
