Challenges :

• Independent management and controlling of the projects (time, scope, budget, quality, risk, compliance)

• Participation in the support and consultation of one or several Customer service center business units regarding project/Change management and project plan

• Monthly reporting's towards the project owner within the steering committees as well as regular key performance reviews

• Prepare The project Order (Nominate Project Owner and PM and CTM)

• Clarify project description

• Define KPI (Target)

• Setup project Planning

• Prepare Kick off meeting

• Independent development of controlling and correction actions in case of plan deviations and project disturbances

• Supervision of business and budget aspects as well as the target prices in close cooperation with the business units, clients, plants, central functions and project controlling

• Monitor & improve the performance of the project including EBIT,capex, cost,Delivery, Quality

• Preparation of bid and client presentations possibly in coordination with senior project manager/Program project manager

• Prepare all technical information (BOM/process time and cost/tooling cost/feasability) study/VAVE

• Prepare Business Plan

• Get realise of BP from Management

• Deliver Customer feasabilty Study

Qualification:

• Master degree/Engineer

• Branches d’études: Management, technical branches

• French, English

• Experience: min 3 year in project management, engineering
