Job brief

We are looking for a qualified Sales Account manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales.

As a Sales account manager, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience.

You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented.

Ultimately, you should be able to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.

Principal Missions:

  • In charge of prospection, competitive analysis, market research and product positioning
  • Analyze sales, marketing, finance and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth.
  • Define marketing and communication/social media /digital marketing strategy
  • Capture, validate and qualify sales leads and opportunities in CHIFCO CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to accommodate the business growth objectives for the assigned Client Accounts
  • Collaborate and manage the captured sales opportunities with Technical Sales Staff to ensure  wining the captured sales opportunities and converting them to commercial revenue stream.
  • Leads strategic planning meetings with project management to optimize project goals, schedule and budget.
  • Prepare, document and maintain Client Profile for each Client Account in CHIFCO CRM system
  • Ensure commercial contracts approval process that is in compliance with CHFICO commercial contract policy and practices including compliance with the internal defined approval levels.
  • Monitor competition, market share and pricing within the assigned Client Accounts.
  • Supervise and Monitor the Projects execution activities within the assigned Client Accounts.
  • Build a strategic relationship with the client.
  • Provide customer service, support and retention
  • Ensure delivery of the annual revenue and profit objectives for the assigned Regional Client Accounts.

Sales Account Manager Skills:

  • Must have at least 3 years of experience in business development, customer management, sales and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities.
