Challenges:
Administration of the deployed Network Enterprise Solutions
Administration of other related central hosted IT-Systems
Documentation of Processes, Errors Cases and their troubleshooting e2nd level Support through the company internal Trouble Ticket System
Collaboration with other internal Support Teams, external Service Providers as well as 3rd
level Support for solving problems in the related domain
Contribution within the dimensioning ,installation and configuration of Network equipment, including documentation
Contribution within the elaboration and validation of new Enterprise Solutions and new equipment in the related domain
Contribution within the coordination with the local IT staff regarding measures induced by incidents in the related domain
Contribution within the communication, training and awareness programs for the local IT staff regarding issues in the related domain
Qualifications:
Highest level of education : University Degree
Studies / branch of study degree: Applied or Technical Computer Science or Communications Technologies
Work experience : At least 2 years of professional working experience in a
similar position (in IT or Support of IT-Solutions)
Languages : Fluent English and French (written and spoken) - German is advantageous
