Challenges:

• Administration of the deployed Network Enterprise Solutions

• Administration of other related central hosted IT-Systems

• Documentation of Processes, Errors Cases and their troubleshooting e2nd level Support through the company internal Trouble Ticket System

• Collaboration with other internal Support Teams, external Service Providers as well as 3rd

• level Support for solving problems in the related domain

• Contribution within the dimensioning ,installation and configuration of Network equipment, including documentation

• Contribution within the elaboration and validation of new Enterprise Solutions and new equipment in the related domain

• Contribution within the coordination with the local IT staff regarding measures induced by incidents in the related domain

• Contribution within the communication, training and awareness programs for the local IT staff regarding issues in the related domain

Qualifications:

• Highest level of education : University Degree

• Studies / branch of study degree: Applied or Technical Computer Science or Communications Technologies

• Work experience : At least 2 years of professional working experience in a

  similar position (in IT or Support of IT-Solutions)

• Languages : Fluent English and French (written and spoken) - German is advantageous
