bSoftware is seeking for creative and passionate software engineers, a full-stack developer to join a fast growing team.

In this high-profile, customer-facing role, you will interface regularly with client-side stakeholders to address complex organization-specific business process needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop customer facing products (responsive websites)
• Build high-performance, highly available and scalable distributed systems
• Bridge the gap between user requirements and technical design
• Be a team player / laugh and have fun
• Be wildly creative and inventive!

Required Skills:

• Engineer degree in computer science
• 2+ year's overall development experience
• Core competencies in Java programming, functional programing and Object Oriented Design
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, enterprise and asynchronous architectures
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, debugging, testing, and operations
• Experience in HTML, Javascript, CSS and general Web technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willing to travel (mainly in Europe)
• Ability to work individually and with a team
