Challenges:

• Ensures development, planning, standardization and realization of (see role description)

• Ensures planning of production processes and issues internal procedure

• Ensures optimization of existing processes and equipment according to profitability

aspects

• Takes over responsibility for project work

• Ensures development and implements strategy concepts in coordination with superior

• Takes ownership over the Process to establish accountability

• Enforces/Establishes process standards on global level

• Keeps informed about new developments in the field of process

• Supports PPAP and the release of production tools and equipment

• Initiates improvements within the tool, process, equipment and people

• Escalates according to defined escalation paths

• Issues internal instructions

• Takes over responsibility for project work

• Generates market overview on equipment suppliers

• Ensures the release and development of equipment suppliers

• Supports the Software/Hardware Release Process

• Customer contact and external partners (e.g. suppliers) in their field of expertise.

• Highest level of education: mechanical engineer, industrial engineer,

• electrical engineer or comparable level

• Working experience: 1 year

• IT Skills: MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, Outlook

• Languages skills: English

• Professional Competencies: Project management, processes (foaming, power distribution,

etc.), knowledge of the design of production processes and production

• Material flow and layout planning, workplace design) or comparable know-how

• Social Competencies: Teamwork, customer orientation, flexibility, communication,

intercultural competence,
