Observes ad directs the execution of : PPE activities for construction, release and maintenance of production equipment, Facility management projects and tasks, Industrial engineering activities.
Defineir and perform training sessions for his/her team in order to improve skills and performance level.
Ensures development of local suppliers under supervision of PPE Central Functions.
Ensures implementation of lessons learned, best practice and actively shares the information within the PPE network.
Ensures required development of new production equipment and processes in coordination with PPE Central Function.
Provides regular reports to respective PPE Central Functions and his/her own superior(s). Escalates according to defined escalation paths.
People Management of the area of responsibility (resource allocation, evaluation, leadership, monitoring).
Ensures the budget/costs planning, allocation, review and tracking under the consideration of the LEONI profitability.
Develops respective processes and KPIs.
Coordinates activities across departments and monitors results in order to achieve the defined objectives.
Encourages employees to come up with ideas for improving the activity and implementing them (promotes independence and self-confidence.).
Continuously empowers and motivates the team by showing attention for good performance.

Level of education : University
Studies / branch of study / degree : Mechanical/electrical/process/economic/production engineering
Work experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in: PPE management or/and Production management.
Leadership experience : Minimum of 10 years experience in an equivalent position.
IT : MS Office
Key qualifications (professional competence) : Experience as a superior, Project management,
Organizational skills, Moderation and presentation techniques, Knowledge of product liability, Knowledge of layout of production processes and work organization: planning of material flow, arrangement of.
