Procurement

·  Ensures that the necessary office supplies are available

·  Purchases office equipment and supplies within set value limits and in accordance to company rules

·  Supports office or project logistics, e.g. takes letters to the post office or hands them to courier services

·  Replies and looks after correspondence (receives letters/ offers and forwards them)

·  Prepares local tenders for the procurement of materials and equipment locally,

·  Monitors markets, issues invitations to tender and processes orders in accordance to company regulations

·  Maintains and updates a database of prices and rates of frequently requested goods and services

·  Check the right specifications of goods and services requested with providers

·  Follow and check the delivery of the purchased good and service with respect of quality and deadlines

·  Accept goods and ensure that the receipt is documented and that the goods received checked appropriately in accordance with company regulations

·  Support on creating and updating the inventory list

Logistics

·  Assists in organizing and coordinating logistical aspects for planning, holding and documenting meetings, workshops, seminars and other events

·  Assists on booking accommodation and transportation

·  Types documents in Arabic, French and English languages

·  Write minutes of meetings

·  Support in the daily operational execution of administration affairs

·  Assists on the updating and following of the car logbook

Qualification and Soft Skills

·  Minimum Bachelor degree + 2 University years in business studies or equivalent but other educational background will be accepted with appropriate work experience.

·  Minimum 3 years professional experience in procurement and logistics department

·  Profound knowledge of standard computer applications such as MS Office applications

·  Proven working knowledge of English, French and Arabic language, written and spoken, is required.

·  Driving license

·  Highly motivated people with good will to enhance daily work

·  Good communication and relationship skills and willing to integrate an International team

·  Flexibility and hands-on approach
