Challenges:

• Processes customer documentation:

• Analyzes the technical drawing

• Analyzes documentation (e.g. customer requirements, norms, standards, etc.)

• Analyses supplier specifications for components

• Identifies new materials

• Designs and implements process flow, material flow:

• Defines the production flow for the process steps

• Designs single work station, creates and maintains layouts

• Analyzes the orders from forecast

• Defines Kanban quantities

• Designs Kanban racks for materials, create layouts

• Designs Kanban racks for picking, create layouts

• Creates Kanban cards

• Creates and maintains the work instructions, visual aids etc.

• Manages obsolete materials

• Implements new products

• Provides necessary information for ordering new equipment

• Provides training and technical support for production

• Supervises the processes

• Checks the first harness

• Manages and implements technical changes incl.:

• Analyzes the technical change document / Deviation Approval, PCN

• Analyzes if process flow, material flow, equipment are affected

• Ensures the management of implementation the technical change

• Controls the change implementation in the production

• Provides training and technical support in production

• Creates documentation for production support (e.g. list for stock takes, prepares specific

documents for production of samples, spare parts, etc.)

• Supports the optimization of processes (e.g. Product FMEA, harness evaluation matrix

etc.)

• Participates in improvement projects

• Supports the inventory process

• Highest level of education: BAC+3

• Studies / branch of study / degree : Technical, IT, Management

• Work experience: Min 2 years

• Leadership experience Min 3 years
