Supports deployment of the Continuous Improvement (CI) in the site
Defines and updates the work instructions for Employee Continuous Improvement Process in the site
Ensures the proper evaluation of ideas in collaboration with the relevant positions (e.g. CI committees, finance) Facilitates and supports team and CI meetings
Develops, deploys and improves continuously a recognition concept in compliance with legal and LPSplus rules in order to improve results of Ideas management
Develops and runs promotions and contests in order to push the results of Ideas management , Trains the
employees on CI Processes, Methods and tools
Prepares of presentation and training materials respecting WSD standard (e.g. 8 types of waste)
Runs and coaches the deployment of the CI methodsand tools and CI process ,Manages Ideas Management Software
Provides all needed support andtraining to use the Ideas Management Software
Acts as first contact person in the site for software matters and interface to Archiving and Administration Responsible
Takes over the responsibility of the Local IDM administrator (User /organization /group administration
