Job Title : Customer Service Agent

Job Description

 

Responds to customer web inquiries regarding online purchase or service orders. Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product options that are available.

Job Responsibilities

    • Responsible for inbound and outbound calls of our helpdesk number.
    • Provide telephonic support to our customers which includes information of our online store, orders confirmation and checkouts.
    • Manage Selling processes for our customers and generate additional sales by phone.
    • Provide after sales support which included delivery information, customers’ claims or complaints.
    • Ensure on time deliveries and customers satisfaction.

 

Qualification & Essential Skills

    • Very good communication skills in French & Arabic (English would be plus)
    • Well organized and managed.
    • Quick Learner
    • Self-motivation, Confidence, Dedication and Patience
    • IT skills (i.e Powerpoint, MS-Excel, MS Word, Internet usage)
    • Always supportive to work with Team.
    • English communication would be plus
