We are building a global digital platform to be the first Training ecosystem all over the world, which provides for each stakeholder an integrated digital office/interface that map the end-to-end training management process to find and collaborate with the rest of the ecosystem members.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Partner Account Manager”.  The Partner Account Manager plays a critical role in growing Takwinland global customer base. You will run a set of Training ecosystem partners for Takwinland as well as support the recruitment of new partners.  As a member of the Business Development team, you will work closely with the Executive and Marketing teams. In this critical role, the Partner Account Manager is responsible for achieving new partner acquisition growth targets for each partner niche he manages through both consultative marketing, sales and project management skills in which he builds relationships with senior executives at leading enterprises.  

Key Responsibilities:

·  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting, trusted relationships with key partners

·  Manage daily activities of existing partners including analyzing data, providing support for effective merchandising, marketing, and promotions

·  Implement new operational practices to improve our workflow

·  Work cross-functionally, partnering with the Marketing, Design, and Sales teams to bring new programs to life

·  Analyze the ROI of the program and track to forecast.

·  Evaluate performance based on partner growth

Qualifications :

·  Mature attitude, highly motivated and self-starting hunter

·  A minimum of 2+ years of B2B sales experience or equivalent

·  Strong marketing, project management, and relationship skills

·  Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions

·  A history of selling licenses/products/subscriptions to companies of varied sizes across complex organization.

·  Skilled at negotiating business terms with line-of-business, senior management and/or C-level executives

·  Able to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple party solutions, and multiple customer stakeholders

·  Teamwork and good communication skills is a must

·  Knowledge/Experience in Training/ Learning management systems or HR is a plus
