• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience of Spa role is preferred
• Proficiency in French and English is a must
• High degree of analytical abilities
• Proven record of building strong relationships with all stake holders
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Some travel is required for training, conferences and special events
• The successful candidate must hold valid work authorization for Tunisia
