ou are responsible for provisioning, installation and configuration, operation and maintenance of all systems hardware and software related infrastructure at our subsidiary in Nabeul. › Your key responsibilities are configuring and (software) building all equipment and service accounts that staff need to perform their roles. This includes provisioning PC’s, laptops and phones, creating and configuring user accounts and managing system and user behaviour using group policies. › You ensure that systems hardware, operating and software systems and related procedures adhere to our organizational values in cooperation with our headquarter in Germany. › Optional you will support our IT Systems Admin team in Germany in various projects.
Skills & qualifications › Degree with a technical major, such as Systems Engineering or computer science, or a similar qualification with previous work experience in an IT support role or Systems Admin › IT affinity and profound IT skills e.g. with operating systems, Microsoft Office application, hardware (laptops), server and the ability to learn and improve › Strong analysis, problem-solving and reasoning skills › Team spirit and intercultural skills › Very good command of written and spoken English and the willingness to learn German (at least B-level)
