Responsibilities:
Answer to clients (internal departments) requests for new technologies
Perform activities to transpose the client requirements for implementation of production technology in order to define the tender specification book
Select optimum/ adequate equipment for specific processes according to standards set by PPE CF
Centralize documentation for equipment ordering and send it to Purchasing (initiate order)
Centralize samples from requester and send package to equipment suppliers for the acquisition of production equipment
Manage the list of open point from equipment commissioning and pre-releases
Plan and coordinate activities for installation of production equipment
Coordinate and perform activities for commissioning of standard production equipment in close relations with the other departments
Coordinate and perform activities to launch into production of new material configuration on production equipment
Perform activities in order to establish parameters for production equipment during product changes and new introduction (Change Management &
Project Management)
Initiate requirement for development of new production equipment to PPE CF
Perform activities in order to establish and document in work instructions machine operating method
Perform training to relevant personnel of operation methods on production equipment
Perform internal audits for equipment/tools maintenance and operation
Education:
Engineer technical degree
Experience:
3 to 4 years of experience in technical department
