Responsibilities:

• Initiate requirement for development of new production equipment to PPE CF

• Perform activities to transpose the client requirements for implementation of production technology in order to define the tender specification book

• Select the optimum/ adequate equipment for specific processes under supervision of Equipment Management CF

• Coordinate activities for transfer of production equipment between LEONI sites under supervision of Equipment Management CF

• Plan and coordinate activities for installation of production equipment

• Coordinate and perform activities for commissioning of standard production equipment

• Coordinate and perform activities to launch into production of new material configuration on production equipment

• Coordinate and perform activities in order to establish parameters for production equipment during product changes and new introduction (Change Management & Project Management)

• Coordinate and perform activities in order to establish machine operating method

• Perform technical analyses for customer complains

• Perform activities for identification of root causes of process disturbances and search for solutions.

• Perform internal audits for equipment/crimping applicators maintenance and operation.

• Train the trainees for direct employees for new processes or equipment

Education:

• Engineering degree

Experience:

• 3-4 years of experience in technical department
