Responsibilities:

• Determine the project Team Members

• Develop communication matrix

• Organize kick off workshop

• Define activities, resources for each activity, sequences and duration of activities and then develop project schedule.

• Collect customer requirement, define scope and develop WBS (Work Breakdown Structure)

• Identify Risks

• Perform Qualitative and Quantitates Analysis Perform risk analysis and set up Risk Assessment Template including risk reduction plan

• Set up Risk Assessment and risk reduction plan

• Update the Risk Assessment monthly and monitor its tendency

• Organize daily, weekly and monthly meetings to monitor the project

• Execute work packages according to Work Breakdown Structure

• Release of "Project Order" with Project Owner

• Release of "Project Order Update" with Project Owner

• Develop Status Report

• Release Phase Review

• Weekly update of Ramp up tracking (for Customer projects only)

• Release of project Closure

• Develop and update lesson learned

• Respect legal requirements, rules and standards of Health, Safety and Environment within its scope

• Support the SHE management system and its objectives

Qualifications:

• Master degree: Electrical / Industrial  Engineering

• IT: MS Office, knowledge of planification tool is preferred

• Languages : French, English/German

• Experience : At least 2 years in wiring industry
