PROFILE OF REQUIRED MAGENTO PROGRAMMER

·  Position: Magento Developer

·  Desired Experience:  3+ years in Magento development.

·  Desired Education level: B.E / B.sc Computer Science / M.C.A / B.C.A  

·  Desired Technical Qualifications/Certificates: Magento Developer Certificate

·  Desired Technical Skill Set:

o  E-Commerce Systems:  Magento

o  Operating systems:  Windows , Linux

o  Web server : Apache, NGINX.

o  Programming Languages: PHP 5.

o  Web Technologies: HTML 5, CSS 3 , Java Script, XML, Ajax, JQuery.

o  Databases: MS SQL, MySQL.

·  EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE AREAS:

Magento:

1.  Hands-on experience in Installing and configuring Magento Enterprise Edition.

2.  Developing customized Magento solutions using Magento Enterprise platform.

3.  Proven track Record in extending and customizing Magento core modules.

4.  Strong knowledge of Magento theme components (layout, block, template)

5.  Expertise in installing, Configuring and customizing Magento Extension.

6.  Developing Customized Report on Magento

7.  Knowledge of Zend PHP framework.

8.  Performance Optimization & Magento Caching ( Block Cache / Full page cache).

9.  Experience with different caching technologies (APC, Varnish, Memcached, Redis etc).

10.  Knowledge of Magento Multi store and Multi websites.

Web services:

1.  Exoeriance in Building web services (SOAP, RESTFUL)

2.  Experience in Integrating with 3^rd party webservices.

3.  MobileConnect (Additional Advantage).

General:

1.  Reverse engineering for debugging errors in code. 

2.  Knowledge of design patterns of OOP, database and MVC. 

3.  Familiarity with SVN

4.  Knowledge with working on Relational Databases (MySQL)

5.  JavaScript- including frameworks like jQuery, Prototype, or AngularJS (Additional Advantage).

6.  Microsoft Office Suite.
