QBITVORTEX SOLUTIONS is hiring for its branch in Tunisia ,an experienced Development Team Leader and solution architect is required, you are requested to lead development project in Microsoft .Net and SQL Server based technologies. You are requested to plan, coordinate and lead development activities across the software project lifecycle. You are requested to out the solution design and architecture for software project of online services and mobile application. This will include working with the Project Manager, business analysts, and developers, as well as providing technical documentation as required.
Strong technical background and experience will ensure you can offer the support and guidance required being able to support and assist developers at code level/ hand-on leader.
You must have proven technical and project management capability and a track record in software development combined with experience in the leadership of software development teams and delivery of projects within a software development environment.
Candidate should be able to travel for a long or short international mission and collaborate in an agile organized international team.
Key Responsibilities
1- Leading of a development team (4 to 5 developers)
2- Provide the Technical Design and Architecture through to release.
3- Participate in requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
4- Provide technical documentation of functional requirements and solution design.
5- Capable of understanding and contributing to the technical solution from design through to code level
6- Working closely with Project Manager and Business Analysts to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery
7- Provide regular and effective progress updates and ensure the management of any delivery risks or issues
8- Define delivery phases of the project including activities, sub-activities, and milestones ensuring these are documented and used as the basis for the project event log, issues and risk log and any subsequent reporting
9- Participate in reviews and meetings and provide updates on project progress
10- Provide support to development team on the code level
11- Take responsibility for ensuring that risks and issues are identified and managed closely and drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards
12- Take responsibility for making key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives
Exigences de l'emploi:
1- Experience of people management and the ability to lead and influence developers
2- Proven experience in leading and managing the delivery of system/software development projects
3- Experience in Agile and Waterfall
4- Experience in both architecture and implementation-level software design
5- Experience in requirements capture, analysis and process improvement approaches
6- Experience in the development of software using c#, .Net and SQL Server technologies
7- Good acknowledge of PL/SQL
8- Knowledge of Xamarin, Native iOS, Android development is preferred but not mandatory. It will be a great advantage for the candidate.
9- An understanding and exposure to Team Foundation Server and ALM.
10- Experience in the usage of UML
11- Excellent organization and ability to priorities and carry out multiple tasks
12- Working without routine supervision
13- candidate should have 7 years experience
