Challenges :
Assist the Indirect Recruitment Team Lead
Develop, update testing tools for recruitment and improve them in case of need
Control, maintain and update Direct Recruitment plan/Dashboards/Evaluation grids and prepare related monthly and weekly reports.
Coordinate Recruitment planning process.
Establishs and maintais files and records on an ongoing basis.
Generate recruitment related reports
Identify suitable recruitment channel for company
Search workforce market.
Coordinate regional and national recruitment campaigns under the supervision of the Indirect Recruitment Team Lead in partnership with the related departments
Coordinate with regional and national recruitment agencies/Partners to fill vacancies.
Screen applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the departmental heads.
Meet walk-in applicants, collecs and assess CVs.
Obtain and assess all certificates and testimonials of the candidates.
Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time.
Interview candidates up to supervisors level and provide feedback to both Indirect Recruitment Team Lead and Internal Customers.
Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements. Forward collected CVs to the concerned Internal Customers for evaluation and interviews
Make checks of contact persons regarding their entry in one of the Terror lists with SAP GTS before proceeding to recruitment.
Profil:
Niveau d'étude : University graduate in a related field.
