Major duties include but not limited to:
- Handle all employee HR related issues
- Assist the staff with their requirements to ensure employee satisfaction
- HR administration of employee life cycle and employee records
- Regularly update employee records in system and personal files
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties (employments offers, disciplinary actions, letters, etc..)
- Assist country HR team in implementing any HR projects / Initiatives
Role requirements:
- 1 to 2 years HR administrative experience, preferably in the industry field
- Ability to deal with personal and confidential information.
- Excellent communication skills, with all levels.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Outlook.
