Description de l'annonce:

• Assist as required with the preparation and processing of staff salaries and downpayments.

• Ensure Payroll Monitoring

• Transmit payroll details so that pays are available to employees on the 3rd of each month.

• Assist as required with answering payroll queries.

• Assist internal control procedures for the preparation of payroll.

• Assist with the payroll deductions including income tax, internal Loans, social fund, insurances and any other authorized and approved deductions.

• Ensure that Bank file is confirmed and authorized by the necessary signatories allow for bank processing times in transmitting funds to employees

• Assist with the administration of all employee payroll records on the computer system.

• Sort and distribute pay slips.

• Fil of payroll records and documents as required.

• Prepare and Send Tax Declarations to the Taxation Office

• Prepare work certificates (of salary, tax, social security, medical, salary domiciliation ?)

• Assist with collating and input of timekeeping data and ability to understand relevant award conditions, enterprise agreement, policies and

legislative requirements.

• Collect and distribut Weekly payroll processing reports to Financial Accountant (cost accounting assignments?)

• Assist in the preparation, and processing of all routine and specific payroll reports.

• Monthly payroll reporting and analysis

• Maintain the highest ethical standards and confidentiality in dealing with employees data.

• Provide a consistently high level of service to other departements in a prompt and pleasant manner.
