For growing one of our most successful businesses in Sofia, Bulgaria and aiming to best serve our biggest IT clients world-wide, we are searching for different Technical Support profiles with excellent language skills in English, German and French.

Requirements:

•Working knowledge of one or more current Microsoft Operating systems (IE, Windows XP,  Windows Server Edition, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, System Centre, Windows Server 2008, Small Business Server 2008, Windows Server 2003), or any future releases.

•Working knowledge of personal and server computer architecture.

•Ability to properly use all Microsoft Tools and Applications including MSSolve, VisualKB, KMS, Internet and Intranet resources , Windows Server®, Exchange®, SQL®, SharePoint®etc.

•Passion for Technology (curious, has desire to learn, does not rely on past knowledge, stays on top of latest technologies, etc.).

•Strong Problem Solving and Troubleshooting Skills – analytic thinking.

•Good Communication Skills – Spoken and written, including technical writing. Skill to analyze, interpret and address customer needs. 

•Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience. Ability to employ patience and self-control in handling irate customers.
