Sales Admin ( Mobile Product Management )
Roles & Responsibilities:
• HHP sales Operations Support
• Order Forecasting Demand management
• Supply Chain Management
• Weekly PSI Reporting, communication with HQ /Factory / Internal Sales & Marketing
• Monitoring sales Data management
• Payment Management (A/R)
• Logistics Management
• Marketing Management
Qualifications and Experiences:
• Bachelor/Master degree with minimum 5 years experience in logistic, sales admin (Preferably in Libya Market)
• Strong technology trend orientation
• Knowledge of the modes of International payment Order Management (L/C process, O/A, B/G)
• Knowledge of export procedures and documentation at the international level
• Good PC skills especially for Excel and PowerPoint
• Analytical, assiduous, flexible and active personality
• Strong drive for results, combined with a creative approach for problem solving and market management
• Self-starter being able to work under minimum supervision
• Initiative and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment Specific Knowledge
• Strong administration skills- Organized, systems orientated detail
• Highly focused with a comprehensive understanding of logistics, procurement and the supply chain
• Operational logistics management
• Fluent language skill for both French and English.
