Challenges:
Monitor and follow up the individual development Process
Oversee internal transfer requests
Ensure that a career development planning is developed for key LEONI employees.
Establish criteria and guidelines of succession plans for key and strategic positions within LEONI
Follow up the SDP Program in all departments in order to secure the organization staff and minimize the impact of staff turnover
Recommend policies for career development and succession plans.
Follow up performance management system and performance drivers.
Mine the data of the performance management system and processes of succession.
Report on organizational performance outcomes.
Ensure that appropriate performance differentiation within employees takes place.
Communicate results of the evaluation to the training department and work closely with it to design workshops/learning programs.
Follow up of Motivation process
Monitor all the PDCA's following the survey of motivation process.
Mine the Data of the surveys result.
Qualifications:
Level studies :Master's Degree
Speciality of studies :Business Management or related field
IT:MS offce ,outlook
Languages:English and French Fluency is a must
HR process design and implementation, analytical methods, project management, communication, facilitation, data mining
