Tasks:

- define standards for internal material flow (equipment, processes, layout etc.)

- develop tools to plan and calculate internal material flows (space, equipment, labor etc.)

- implement internal material flows (new projects/plants)

- identify continuous improvements levers

- deployes and monitors improvement initiatives

- support plants in implementation and optimisation of internal material flows

Requirements:

- deep knowledge and experience on internal material flow

- knowledge/experience on principles of lean logistics (Toyota Production System, WCM: World Class Manufacturing etc.)

- knowledge/experience on process excellence (value stream mapping etc.)

- language: Englisch, German (optional)

- university degree in production, (lean) logistics or SCM or comparable

- analytic skills, intercultural skills, teamwork, moderation skills, project management

- work experience: > 5 years

- IT: MS Office (incl. MS Visio)

- leadership experience: desirable (but not mandatory)
